We assess the energy performance of heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) equipment to identify opportunities for improvement to the system and its controls. We assess lighting systems and recommend potential improvements. We inspect the fabric of buildings for potential improvements to thermal performance. All these surveys can identify ways to improve energy efficiency and reduce maintenance costs and energy bills - so that our clients not only save money but consume less of earth’s finite natural resources
Waste reduction and management
By helping clients reduce their waste and manage it more efficiently, we can help them reduce pollution and methane gas generation whilst saving money (including spending less on land fill tax).
Reducing water and consumables usage
By reviewing and redefining a company’s internal processes we can reduce usage of water and consumables (such as paper); and we can identify opportunities to reduce stock levels and stock wastage, minimise packaging and save on raw materials. We can also improve and increase their recycling to contribute to the reduction in deforestation and water stress.
