Birmingham Hippodrome Theatre Trust (BHTT)

The Birmingham Hippodrome is one of the UK’s most successful theatres with half a million visitors per year. BHTT wanted to examine its business from an Environmental view point and obtain ISO 14001 accreditation. We also reduced their energy bills by around 20%, a significant ongoing saving. Read More

E Advantage guided the Trust through the process. They undertook a complete environmental review including an Energy Survey, Air Conditioning Inspection and an Environmental Impact Assessment; and they introduced an online software system - RiskWise - to improve environmental visibility and management.

The review identified key areas for measured improvement, including re-commissioning of the building management control system, reducing office waste and better re-use and re-cycling of other waste materials. It also highlighted areas of legislation that the theatre needed to comply with.

BHTT now have a detailed environmental policy and focused objectives to help them operate their business in an environmentally sustainable way.

National Insurance Brokers

We recently delivered EPCs on 91 high street sites for a leading national broker. The project was delivered on time and on budget in just 4 weeks.

Willowbrite Ltd. and HIS UK Active Property Fund

Our energy assessment for HIS on behalf of Willowbrite had to cover more than 300,000 sq. ft. of buildings on a 5.25 hectares site in South Yorkshire.
